Adelaide Solar Repairs

Adelaide Solar Repairs was established in 2011 and was founded by Patrick and Jackie. The company employs a team of fully qualified and experienced staff. It specialises in the installation, maintenance and repair of grid connected solar systems. The company has attended over 8000 homes and fixed their solar systems, and has installed 1000 new solar systems and various battery storage systems.

It is a Certified Tesla installer and a Fronius Service Partner. The company maintains, repairs and services solar systems in the Adelaide metro area and covers Adelaide and surrounding areas. It can deal directly with inverter manufacturers and organise warranty.

Households dealing with ageing solar equipment form the bulk of the work described in feedback for this Adelaide operation. A handful of customers describe inverters that failed after many years of service being swapped out within a day, with new units mounted and running the same visit. Reviews regularly refer to Patrick by name, noting his punctuality, his methodical diagnosis of faults such as water ingress from deteriorated panels during heavy rain, and his willingness to explain the replacement of DC isolators and the workings of monitoring apps.

Jackie is praised for patient, knowledgeable phone and email advice before bookings are made. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the tidiness of the work and the absence of shortcuts, alongside clear explanations of future options for batteries and larger arrays. Installations of home batteries and replacement solar panels feature in the accounts, as do maintenance callouts on older systems. The family-run character of the business is noted favourably, with long-standing customers returning for upgrades and recommending the team to relatives. Polite communication, fair dealing and a solid approach to each job recur throughout.
