All costs were fully disclosed upfront as a fixed final price, no surprise extra charges. The installers were tidy, on time, and patiently showed me how to use the energy monitoring app after completion. They handled all SA Power grid connection admin on my behalf as promised. Their knowledge and honest service make them stand out – I would 100% recommend Adam Solar to anyone looking for solar in Adelaide.

After extensive research of the solar panel and battery market as well as installers, we selected Adam Solar as the preferred contractor. We were vary of such high scoring reviews and reviewed their documents and processes probably closer than we needed. We found their contact to be easy to read and very clear as to each parties responsibilities. It was clear that to 10 year warranties would be handles by Adam Solar giving peace of mind that if any problems arose there was one contact point for resolution. Their communication and response time from any query was exceptional. In fact Ester, the office manager, as soon as the contact was signed presented us with a time frame on the way forward and who would be involved, even explaining their backup for bad weather etc. Needless to say it all went as planned (even with the bad weather) and we can see why Adam Solar consistently gets such high scores. The team demonstrated genuine professionalism throughout the process, from the initial consultation through to installation and commissioning. The installation was completed neatly, with great attention to detail, and they left the site clean and tidy once the work was finished. They also took the time to provide a clear demonstration of how to operate the system, including setting up and using the monitoring app, which made the transition very easy. I just had a great experience with this company. It’s Sat afternoon nearly 3pm. I txted them about a beeping noise from the solar inverter and Adam responded quickly. Although he didn’t inspect the issue in person, he took the time to carefully review the video he asked me to send. I sent and Adam listened attentively to the sound I was concerned about from the inverter. Adam Karroum was knowledgeable, honest, and quickly identified that the noise was most likely not coming from my inverter but could be coming from a neighboring property. I really appreciated his patience, prompt response, and willingness to help without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. His professionalism and integrity gave me confidence and saved me from unnecessary expense. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Adam Solar delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Adam, the CEO, went above and beyond during the quoting process. He worked with me remotely and impressed me by identifying important details that none of the other companies had considered. The entire project moved quickly — everything was completed within two weeks of signing the contract and paying the deposit. Adam personally called several times throughout the process to check in, which really highlighted the company’s commitment to customer care. The installation team was fantastic. Although the job was scheduled for three days, they finished in just 1.5 days despite cold, rainy weather. The installers were polite, hardworking, and meticulous with their clean‑up. They exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend Adam and his team enough.
After reading all the good reviews we recently had Adam Solar quote and install our new 13 kw solar system coupled with a 49 kw Goodwe battery and inverter. I spoke with the owner Adam directly and he followed the process from start to completion. We are very happy with the whole process, the team were on time, neat and tidy and took away our old system. We recently purchased an EV and Adam Solar were able to advise on a charger which has now been installed. We recommend Adam Solar to anyone wanting good advice and professional installation. Jim
