Twelve - Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning

Went into twelve to get help with our car as we bought a caravan and needed new wiring. Delt with Brendan and he was absolutely so accommodating and booked us in straight away. Took it there the following week and my husband came home and said wow that place is amazing, he also felt with Brendan and a gentleman out the back. You guys are amazing and thank you for your help 🤩

What an amazing and very honest and professional team who really know their stuff! They knew exactly what was wrong with my car just after asking a few questions. Couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Wish they opened up a branch in Melbourne! Thanks again guys for all your help we really appreciated you making the time to fix the car while we were passing through Port Macquarie

The team at Twelve were fantastic and very helpful in helping me fix an earthing issue with my car. They were very accommodating as I was only just passing through Port Macquarie and they made time to help me out. Couldn’t recommend this team any more highly! Very professional from the get go.

All the team at Twelve were amazing. They found the fault with my aircon quickly, explained the issue and how it can be fixed in simple terms, without making me feel like an idiot, and had it fix and returned to me so much faster than I expected. Their communication was outstanding and their prices were reasonable. Could not recommend Twelve highly enough. Thanks guys!

I am a long term customer. The reason I keep coming back is that I trust Mitch and his team. The quality of workmanship provided is always excellent, as is his clear explanation of any questions I have. Work is done on time for a fair price. Well done to Brandon, too, as the unflappable front-of-house manager. I've been fitted into their busy schedule when something has cropped up with my vehicle and I am at a loss. I'd give ten stars if that was possible.

The team at Twelve Australia recently completed an off grid power setup for my van. This is the second fit out they have done for me and they have done another exceptional job from workmanship to quality products and service from start to finish. Highly recommend

We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They went out of their way to fit us in when the battery in our caravan decided enough was enough. We highly recommend them to anyone with any electrical issues with their caravan. All round excellent services.
