Lighthouse Pressure Washing

Lighthouse Pressure Washing was established in 2023 and is locally owned and operated. The business has cleaned over 100 homes across Port Macquarie. It serves Port Macquarie and surrounding areas, including Thrumster, Wauchope, Bonny Hills, and Lake Cathie. The business provides free no-obligation quotes. Its cleaning process includes assessing surfaces, pre-wetting, applying biodegradable cleaning solutions, allowing chemicals to sit, and low-pressure high-volume water cleaning. Services offered are pressure washing, driveway cleaning, house washing, softwashing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

Kyle, the tradesperson behind this Port Macquarie operation, is the figure reviewers return to again and again, and the praise centres on the standard of the finish he leaves behind. Roofs that had darkened over decades come back looking close to new, while driveways, paths, garages and shed doors are described as transformed after pressure cleaning. Several customers describe the same pattern of reliability: he arrives when he says he will, works steadily through jobs that range from a single driveway to a four storey strata building, and treats heritage listed premises with evident care.

Communication comes up often, both in the lead up and once the work is done, and his manner is repeatedly called polite, respectful and approachable. Reviewers note that older roofs, gutters and exterior windows are handled with the same attention as smaller concrete and mould removal tasks, and that the pricing struck them as fair for the result delivered. Repeat mentions also cover soft roof washing and outer window cleaning alongside the heavier pressure work on concrete, stairs, ramps and pathways. It is the combination of a meticulous finish and a courteous, punctual tradesperson that keeps recurring across the accounts.
