TNS were very professional from the beginning providing technical advice, recommendations/options with reasons why, and followed up with their commitment of a timely installation. The installation being retrofitted into an existing home was neat and tidy and their workforce very considerate. TNS provided their support post installation when we changed our internet provider with a new modem.

Several years ago when we decided to get rooftop solar we got a few quotes and then researched the quality of panels and inverters being offered, only True North were offering as standard the best, that made the choice easy and 9 years later with a few more panels added to max our Fronius inverter we know we made the right decision.

Excellent service, very open to customising systems for customers that have more specific requirements, as well as providing full support and documentation for those that need more support. My solar and battery install was tailored exactly to my needs and I'm able to manage it all through custom home assistant integration as well as through the provided vendors app.

We had the pleasure of having Rob from True North Solar review our home for additional solar panels, as well as adding a battery system. Rob acted in both an efficient and professional manner throughout the whole process, leaving us with no doubts that the recommended system would suit our needs.
