The Battery Boys and Auto Electrical

Our battery died as we were traveling North. They took the car in immediately. New battery fitted and computer scanned and cleared. Back on the road within the hour. Very happy thank you.

If you don’t want your day to be ruined by a grumpy and unhelpful old geezer better steer far away from the battery boys and look for help somewhere else. A five minute job without any parts required cost us 50 bucks and our good mood. Really feel bad for the young bloke who has to endure that guy as a boss every day.

Came here for a very simple fix, The young guy who initially helped me was great, then the more senior bloke came out to “help” and proceeded to provide the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This guy was so bad my words cannot do it justice. If anyone has the misfortune of coming across this angry fellow please do him a favour and point him in the direction of some sort of professional help (counselling, anger management etc…).

Absolute Legends called in there for 5 mins to see if my dual battery system was stuffed, they diagnosed the problem fixed it(it was embarrassing, I didn't rehook it up to terminal after last time I undone my battery terminals), hooked her up for me and sent me on my way, without wanting anything for it!! I had to little girls sitting in the car wanting to leave asap to go camping! Thankyou battery boys

Absolutely outstanding service. Had an issue with our 12V systems in our caravan whilst staying at Sawtell. Thought we needed 3 new batteries. Rang Battery Boys at Coffs and the owner Michael subsequently attended our caravan site (promptly and ringing whilst en route to advise ETA) where he quickly diagnosed that it wasn’t the batteries but a connection which had degraded and come apart. 10 minutes later after connection and re-attached the job was done and everything was working 100% . His honest assessment quickly identified we didn’t need new batteries and he ensured that everything was working perfectly before he left. This was all done at a fraction of the quoted cost in an efficient, friendly and highly professional manner. I highly recommend Battery Boys for any caravan (golf carts) or vehicle related battery issues. They come to you.

We had an urgent issue, and buddy went out of his way to get us in the next morning. Had a look at it and told us the problem and how to fix it. All other shops said they didn't have time for atleast another week. We were travelling so didn't wanna be stuck for a week. Very much appreciated! Good service

My partner has been putting up with his car air conditioning not working I made a wrong turn and drove past their sign advertising air conditioning repair. Only days before Christmas I rang and they kindly fitted the car in and had it repaired for break and I was pleasantly surprised at cost. Keep up the good work guys😄
