Wonderful helpful, friendly & enthusiastic staff. Competitively priced & open 7 days I only use Battery World for my battery needs. Highly recommend

Afternoon , I usually don’t give reviews but my experience warrants recognition … the man who served me was very knowledgeable and empathic in my situation … I actually returned to inquire about another matter with my inverter and he bent over backwards to help me , it was then on his business card I put two and two together .. he was the owner by the name of Paul , I highly recommend a face to face in battery world at Coffs Harbour … Martin Taylor …. Coffs Harbour 👍

Nothing is more thrilling than getting a new scooter for your birthday picking up your best friend, going for a scoot and then being told you can get ice cream, only to be greeted with a DEAD CAR. With many woes of no ice cream we managed to roll into battery world to have the suspicion confirmed. The battery was dead. Spending your 8th birthday at battery world shouldn't be thrilling but it was a highlight of the day. Once the staff found out they gave out M&MS to all the kids and drink bottles bringing a level of thrill and excitement that went beyond that of going to an ice cream shoppe. Once the battery was replaced ( very quick I might add) we continued with the planned birthday activities. Thank you to battery world for saving the day!

Coen was an absolute godsend when my cars battery completely died and needed replacing, he calmly explained the best steps to take and within no time I was back on the road. 10/10 for customer service and help Also had the best prices on car batteries when I called around 👏🏼

Excellent service , very knowledgeable, did not rush and listened to our concerns. The battery replacement was seamless. Absolutely would recommend!!!

My car broke down over the last weekend. I was shopping at Bunnings and it didn't want to restart. The battery needed replacement in a while. I called my road side assist and I've got a very young man, 19 year old, called John from the Battery World. He was the most polite, professional and knowledgeable person I could have asked for. He changed my battery in a minute and he gave me all the necessary instructions. I wish my kids to become such well developed adults when they will turn 19. Thank you for all your help and for a great service John!
