I have just had a 32kW battery installed by Sunbuilt Solar. Warren, David and the install team were a pleasure to deal with - professional, great communication and accommodating. The install team arrived on time, and went about their business in a very courteous and respectful manner. Explained what was happening, and despite a challenging install, were very mindful of achieving a good visual result. A very long day for them, but still managed to smile, and go through the process of explaining the system to me, Topped it all of by leaving my place spotless. 10/10 all round, thankyou Sunbuilt Solar.

Exceptional service. You could email late at night or even on Sunday to ask a question which you thought would have been answered the next business day but no you would get an answer either by email or a phone call not long after. If not straight away. Great work David ! The installation team were just as attentive and the owner of the business Warren even comes out at some stage of the installation to check that everything is OK. Pricing was competitive and throughout the pricing stage there was never any pressure. Well done Sunbuilt !

This company was up-front, honest and well priced when it came to my solar+battery install. I had to delay my initial install due to some building repair/maintenance issues I found out about at the last minute and the company absolutely bent over backwards for me to make it work out. I have friends who have had installs done by these guys with similar feedback. Probably the best company out there in Canberra for solar+battery.

After deciding to purchase solar panels and a battery, as well as changing gas hot water and cooking to electric, we contacted several installers to discuss our goals. We decided to go with Warren and his team at SunBuilt Solar and are delighted with the work they have done for us. We have appreciated the advice we received about the number and configuration of panels, as well as the size battery that would suit our needs. The installation was completed professionally, and Warren always responded promptly to any questions had relating to work. Although SunBuilt Solar was not the cheapest quote we felt they provided the best value and could offer the ongoing benefits of being a local company.

Warren is amazing of explaining the technicalities in simple language (we have poor comprehension with the solar lingo as we work in a different industry and we are ESL too). When it comes to Solar, Sunbuilt Solar is an excellent resource for knowledge and standard practices. They come in handy when you feel that you are scammed by your solar installer. They give you non-bias advice, even for FREE! We were neglected by the original installer of our solar battery after several reports that it was not installed properly. This resulted to significant increase in our power bills. We now have peace of mind. Thank you!
