It was nicely and professionally done, the whole process was efficient and well supported. Charlie the installer and his team worked really hard and diligently so.
We are very happy with our solar battery from Astra. From the initial call, Justin was very informative and answered all our questions and steered us to the best solution for our needs. We did have some delays with installation, but not caused by Astra. It was Justin who found a solution and the way forward. We had a subsequent delay for a 3 phase smart meter, a national supply issue. Once our battery was fully installed we have been enjoying 100% solar ever since. With the amazing sunny weather we reach full charge every day. Very pleased
We are very happy with our installation of additional solar panels on our roof and with the new batteries that were installed at the same time. The service was prompt and thorough and we would recommend this company as well as their after-care service. We have found the two apps that we have fascinating to watch.
I'kd been thinking of going Solar for quite some time, but after my last winter power bill, which looked suspiciously like it had been calculated using the National debt, I finally started to look in earnest and found this mob on FB. I ended up chatting with Steven, no nonsense, no sign today and you get a block of flats and a toaster, just Steven asking the important stufflike how big was my last bill? What's my average usage? Do I work from home? Am I a daytime power guzzler or a midnight microwave bandit? Any new appliances comming? Planning an EV? So Steven had a full picture of my usage now and further down the track and then he walked me through Pannel options, Battery choices and even Green Loan possibilities. The man knew his stuff. So now fast forward to instalation day, which was only 2 weeks later, 3 lovely blokes rocked up at 10:00am all ready to turn my roof into my own power station. The Electrician wasn't far behind and within 4 hours the pannels were up and running. The Electrician helped me download the app and suddenly I was watching my power stats, it was so cool. But wait, there's more....a Quality control guy rang, yes, a human to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done and sent through a number for me to contact them on if anything went wrong or if I needed to reset WiFi or modem. Now, the system's only a week old and I haven't had my first post solar bill yet. It is comming into winter and I do live in a place cold enough to make Penguins uncomfortable, so we'll see how the savings go. Seriously, if you're thinking of going Solar, just do it. These guys know their stuff, they are a well oiled machine
We had an issue with our meter not reading the solar imports, and Remy has been incredibly helpful even when it became apparent it wasn’t an error with the solar. He has engaged with out electricity provider on our behalf and kept us up to date. He has continued to follow up and has gone above and beyond
Very happy with Astra Solar. The sales guys explained everything & the installation crew lead by Jeremy were very polite, respectful & did a great job. I'm very happy with the professional way they went about the installation including explaining the app. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy & the crew from Astra Solar.
