The Technician, Jemal, was very good in explaining the problems and offering possible solutions. He was professional and honest and I would definitely get quotes from Service Tech Pty Ltd on possible solutions in rectifying our solar needs.
Quotations for the job were provided personally over the phone and appointments were confirmed one day ahead by the office. We were very happy with Jemal, the technician who was friendly and professional. He explained the jobs carried out and followed up immediately with a job report. Totally satisfied with Solar Uptime.

All the staff from Solar Uptime were professional, knowledgeable and we knew we could trust that they would install the right quality solar system product that suited our needs. They were always on time and were in constant communication with us throughout the process. Joseph Bell was 5 star plus too. He was just wonderful in always being there to answer any questions and to inform us of times and dates that installation was to be done.
