When we signed up for our deal, we were offered a free clean at the 6 month period. After several emails over the next 6 months, it still hadn’t been done. It’s now been a year with no more responses or follow up. After sales service has been very poor.
I didn't get my solar installed by this company but I got a quote by them. I got all these other quotes, and the only reason I didn't go with them is because of how cheap they were. When you see the solar panels, you realise how basic and simply they are, every company will turn around and say how good their solar panels are, however they are all made in the same factory usually and there is hardly any technology in them (or not as much as you are led to believe), its your inverters that do most of the work and which you need to make sure you get a good one. I promised myself i i ever got solar again I would go through him, he was honest but he's cost was so good i went elsewhere because I thought there had to be a catch compared to what others were charging. Glad to see they are still in business
I've left leaving a review for coming up 12 months to make sure that my review is accurate and an actual help for others who are unsure of the costs of solar vs benefit. We signed on to have a 13.2kW solar system (3 phase) installed on our newly built house and Sud arranged the install very quickly for us. When crunching the numbers with Sud, we were assured that the size of our system, placement of the panels and orientation we would receive a credit of X amount per quarter, during worst case conditions being winter/continual raining days. In nearly 12 months, we have not yet come close to the 'worst case' credit even in ideal conditions, and infact, will have a small bill this month. In addition to the system not meeting the expectations set initially, during the installation of the system our brand new house was damaged and a dodgy cover up done without the trades telling us what had happened. The damage included considerable cracks throughout our render (which was roughly/partly covered by silicon as a repair) and scratches on the gutter from a ladder leaning against it. When reporting back to Sud we had someone come out to check our system who said that it was functioning correctly and that the damage to our house was to be expected with the install. If I had my time again I would have gone through a different company who were more realistic with their promises, at the cheaper price.
We have just today had solar panels installed on our new home. We went with Sudarshan (Sud) from Reliance Solar and we couldn't recommend Sud and Reliance Solar enough. Sud came to our home to talk through the products that they could offer, he really knew his stuff and was able to offer us a really competitive deal. Sud has been super responsive and readily available from start to finish to answer any questions that we've had. The install went really smoothly also and the install team were friendly, professional and efficient.
Recently moved into a new property and noticed a lot of houses in the area getting solar panels. Weren't sure where to start with the gov rebates and available purchase agreements. Sud approached us as he installed the panels on the house next door. We were still considering our options but after he explained the process it was very straightforward and much cheaper than we were expecting so we went ahead. They took care of everything from arranging installing to connecting us to the grid. Solar panels were installed the following week and they look great. We just paid the invoice and haven't had to do anything else.
I highly recommend RelianceSolar, Sud came out and inspected my home and was very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions or issues I had, Sud was quick to resolve them. Installation team were punctual and also very professional. The completed work looks excellent with amazing cable/conduit management. The installers showed how to setup the app to monitor the solar usage as well. All in all, I'm happy I went with RelianceSolar as the work completed is 10 out of 10. Thanks.
