As a retired Electrical Contractor myself, I can only say the Installation Team were totally professional and experienced. They explained the process on arrival and undertook the install in an experienced manner, cleaning up on completion leaving the site as they found it. They then commissioned the system and clearly explained how it all worked, making sure the required App was working on all smart devices. Well done to all the Solahart team Duncan McDougall
We have just had some extra solar panels and a battery installed. We did have to wait a bit longer for installation because of weather but the workers from Solarhart did a great job. From our initial quote to installation, the team answered all our questions with politeness and professionalism. They were such a great bunch of guys. We are now getting a heat pump installed.
We have a great experience with the Solarhart Newcastle team, from the the initial consultation by their sales team through the eventual installation of a 10KW PV Array and GoodWe Solar Battery (24KW) All of the interactions were extremely professional, and in particular the installation crew went above and beyond to ensure that a data-link was pulled through to link the subordinate power board on the garage/workshop to the main power board on the main residence. The site was left immaculately clean after the install was completed (I didn’t find a single piece of cable insulation on the floor of the garage/workshop). The team also solutionized on the spot to ensure that all of the PV panels quoted on the initial plan were able to be fitted on the roof. The Site Team Leader was also able to take the time to explain the GoodWe mobile app and its features.
Solahart were excellent, they came out for a quote on Monday and the new tank was installed on Tuesday after our old tank gave out on Sunday. The whole process was stress free and the team were professional throughout. Highly recommend.
Solahart have installed my panels in the last two weeks. The team foreman kept me informed and answered any questions I had. I’m happy with the service so far and just waiting for my energy provider to make the changeover to my meter box. Solahart returned a better quote than two other local providers and adapted the panel instal to suit my two different roof options. They have also installed solar panels for my parents and no issues.
After a lengthy investigation of companies providing Solar Installations in Lake Macquarie and the Newcastle District, I turned to Solahart, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, based at Beresfield, for the installation of my new 10kw Solar Edge Battery; 5 new 455W. Solahart Silhouette additional roof solar cells and a new Solar Edge Inverter. I found the Company Sales Representative quite knowledgeable and helpful during my discussions with him. He gave answers to my questions and concerns patiently and unhesitatingly. A date having been set for the installation; I was impressed to see the installation team arriving at 6:30am (yes that is right – 6:30am) on the day quoted. The installation team leader, notified me prior to starting when they expected to turn off the power and when he expected to turn it back on. He also did a walk around the job site to discuss and confirm the location of the various components of the system. The team worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete the installation and connection of the system and the cleanup of the site in 1 day. Wow! From the photos I have included you will see the orderliness of the installation, of the inverter, battery and new solar cells. I installed an additional 5 new solar cells to provide greater capacity during the winter months. Whilst I have had the system now for only 3 weeks I must say I am more than impressed with the results. The battery has worked as planned and, on most days, has reached full capacity well before lunch time, whilst continuously powering the house. Any excess power being fed to the grid. By the way we have a fully ducted air conditioning system in the house and it manages it just fine! Any doubts I had on the effectiveness of solar batteries have been blown away. Solar Edge, the battery manufacturer, has a very detailed, yet simple and effective phone app. If you are technically minded you will find everything you need to know to ensure your system is working optimally. Monitoring of the system is being undertaken by Solarhart. Within 48 hours Solarhart had picked up a fault with one of my pre-existing solar cells and logged a warranty claim with the manufacturer concerned. Pretty impressive service! I have no hesitation in recommending Solarhart and the team based at Beresfield for any Solar installation you may be considering. And for any doubters as to the effectiveness of Solar systems they are just getting better and better.
