I've worked with HCB twice now and they have always been professional to deal with, tidy in their work, customer-focused and help after-installation support. While they're at the higher end of costs for systems, I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. Would certainly recommend

The experience with HCB was a delight end to end. Their prices compared favourably with others but the level of advice, value add and professionalism in the installation was absolutely top shelf. Even with the less technical part of the installation (digging under a pathway for cabling) their providers were able to tunnel under the path rather than sawing it, which resulted in a better solution with less impact on our existing landscaping. This is our second experience with HCB and we have been very impressed both times.

This company epitomises what customer service is all about. We purchased solar panels from HCB Solar in 2018 and chose them because they were the only company who personally visited our home to discuss options and indeed on first visit pointed out the issue with our power bill being incorrect thus being overcharged. This resulted in a second visit after we contacted our power company about our bill. Once this was sorted there was seamless transition for when panels were installed and operational, being advised of progress at every stage. So, it was a no brainer when we decided to look at purchase of a battery that we deal with HCB Solar. All the staff, from Sales, Accounts to electricians and installers, they have been wonderful. We have been kept informed of progress at each point and provided with follow up contact asking if we had any questions or concerns. Thank you to all the team at HCB Solar.

HCB have done work at my home, and our office, including solar, batteries, EV charger, and battery upgrades. I have them booked for more work coming up soon too. The team is amazing - work is flawless. Their can-do attitude is awesome. They find a way to do the job, and ensure it's safe and compliant too. They may cost a little more than the cheapest in town, but they're far from the most expensive. Very reasonable pricing, especially considering the excellent, quality service. Frankly, when you care about the workmanship, quality, reliability and service - they're second to none. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Don't go anywhere else.

We have used HCB solar for many years. HCB have installed two systems for us. HCB worked with us to design our solar systems, advised about switchgear, panels and batteries, high quality work on installation, and excellent follow up and support. Continued monitoring of our system by them after installation has meant support was offered before we even made contact when issues were detected in our system. Problems have been addressed promptly and without fuss. I can highly recommend HCB solar.
