Solahart Central West

Fantastic solar system and excellent team highly recommended

Excellent service and communication , everything working as expected , pleasure to work with

Solahart has been a great experience from the first contact! Took the time to come out and quote the Solar & Battery system properly and priced what I asked for! They installed it in the timeframe they said! It is a great system with Goodwe Batteries & Inverter. The installation team were great to deal with and done a very professional install! I have had a couple of little issues, not the system but WiFI Dongle and Battery discharge settings! Both times they were straight onto solving these with Goodwe and I received a fast resolution! All communication was excellent! I can’t fault them at all and highly recommend Solahart Dubbo!

Quality people and a genuinely great team. Before choosing Solarhart, I had multiple solar vendors coming to my door, all pushing the same story—more panels, bigger batteries, higher bills. It felt more like a sales pitch than real advice. Solarhart was completely different. Tyron took the time to properly assess my actual usage, listened to my needs, and explained everything clearly and honestly. He advised me on what made sense for my situation and, just as importantly, what I didn’t need. There was no pressure, no upselling—just practical, transparent guidance. That honesty saved me from unnecessary costs and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. It’s rare to find businesses that prioritise the customer over quick profits, but Solarhart truly does. Genuine, professional, and trustworthy people. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Solarhart have provided a quality product that is delivering exactly what we needed. Very happy with the customer service and after sales service. I had an issue setting up the app and Tyrone drive out to sit with me and help me set up and understand how to use it. You don’t see this sort of care often. Highly recommend this company.

Mick and the Solarhart Dubbo team came to our rescue! Out of hours, with a smile on his face, only too happy to help when our solar hot water had a major leak. Within the hour Mick had it triaged and sorted so we had hot water on the spot! Highly recommend, 10/10 service from local bloke who could have easily said "tomorrow". Love your work!

Great service. Was a nice surprise getting our first power bill after the solar and battery install. The quarter under $100 when the previous period was $1400
