Polygon were contracted to install solar panels, batteries and a heat pump hot water. The staff were very responsive and provided adequate updates on the installation. The system was effectively implemented on time and to specifications. Follow up support has been effective with a comprehensive manual. Minor issue on communication on instal dates/time and scheduling contractors which resulted in the difficulty of the owners being on site and minor issue on heat pump. Follow up action was effective. I recommed Polygon.
Fantastic experience with Polygon Energy! The team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The solar battery installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with excellent communication from start to finish. The system is performing brilliantly, and we’re extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Polygon Energy to anyone considering solar or battery installation!
We used Polygon in the selection and installation of a battery for our home in regional NSW. Excellent customer service and professional advice on what unit was best for us. The installation was timely and we have been impressed by the follow-up support after installation. Very happy to recommend Polygon Energy.

BEWARE Polygon Energy are incompetent administrators. Any small hiccup Polygon energy are agonisingly slow to action the fix. Do NOT be taken in by professional sounding email responses all is well and voicemail jingles when waiting, follow up after follow up. I repeatedly over a month got sent Friday evening emails for information sent that in the thread. They DO NOT ADMIT FAULT they apologise AND DO NOT ACTION THE FIX.
Great service, quality products and support, great price, would highly recommend. All questions answered and professional addressed. Battery and panels for my parents in Yarralumla, smooth from start to finish.
