We are extremely happy with the service provided by NHC Solar Bendigo. Caiden was excellent throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand the specific requirements of our new build and recommending the optimal solution. The installation was professional and first class, and the ongoing support has been outstanding. Our system includes a 19.95 kW solar PV array, GoodWe 15 kW hybrid inverter, 44.8 kWh GoodWe Lynx battery, and a 7 kW GoodWe EV charger, all integrated seamlessly through a single app for easy monitoring and control. Combined with OVO Energy’s 3-hour free electricity period in Victoria, we’ve been able to optimise battery charging, EV charging and household energy use, significantly reducing our electricity costs and maximising the value of the system. The team at NHC Solar have done an amazing job adding battery storage to our existing solar array, which not originally installed by NHC Solar. Caiden went above and beyond making sure he researched the current Inverter that we had installed with our solar array to ensure that they could supply a DC coupled battery system. This means that we will get the most out of our solar array and reduce the efficiency losses that come with having a separate battery and solar system. On top of that Caiden worked with their suppliers to source batteries that the NHC Solar team do not normally install because they suited our inverter better than their standard offering. Caiden and I sent back and forth many emails ensuring that we picked the best solution for our setup. It was clear by our interactions that Caiden was keen to get a great outcome not just a sale. The install team, led by Shane, did an excellent job installing the batteries. They look great and the cable runs look clean. The inspector was also impressed by their work. I am sure if we had a single stacked battery system, that it would have taken less time to install, but they made sure it was all done in the one day. Finally, Sarah was great to work with, making sure the paperwork was completed quickly and ensuring that I got my copy of the certificates when the digital signature system didn't send them through to me.

Very good experience. Great communication and very transparent process. Had 3 installations carried out by NHC Bendigo, solar, ducted heating and cooling, heat pump hot water and extremely happy with the service. Good info all the way and experienced installation teams. Highly recommend

We recently had a Solar power installation at our premises, from the moment we contacted NHC Solar Bendigo they were nothing but helpful,Caiden explained the processes throughly, advised us of the type and size of system we are able to have installed on our roof space etc.Quickly arranged a site inspection where the actual installer showed up and advised best way to proceed by designing a more efficient layout with reference to adding a battery and more panels at a later date for us, future proofing our system.I can’t thank all involved enough for the professionalism and genuine care for getting the best value and performance system installed. From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience for our family.NHC Solar have great commutation throughout, installers fantastic, a company that truly goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

After some frustrating episodes with Solar Victoria, Sarah McLeod at NH &C (Bendigo) did a fantastic job in attending to all the required paperwork. She did so in a very friendly and accommodating manner. The installers of the panels/inverter also did an excellent job.

Terrible Experience Used NHC Bendigo for our Solar. The experience was marked by multiple no-shows to our property despite dates and times being arranged in advance. On many occasions, no communication about why they never attended unless we called to follow up. The Solar system was installed without any one going through the workings of it with us. They forgot to undertake the switchboard upgrade and required reminding to do so. The unit itself is still not functioning due to a technical error. It has now been months. There has been one helpful staff member at NHC, however interestingly our formal complaint to NHC Solar has not been addressed by the company itself, it has since been weeks since we submitted the complaint with no response. Explore other options before NHC Solar, so much time wasted trying to get the company to fulfil their duties.

Seamless, stress free, process and knowledgeable and professional team. NHS was recommended by a friend and their glowing reports were true. Leah provided the detailed quote and all the information I needed to understand the system I was buying and what was involved at every step including applying for rebate. Sarah stepped in with the accounts and receipting followed by Matt and his fantastic team who got the system in without a hitch and left the place cleaner than when they arrived! Every step has been communicated and supported by useful docs , links and phone calls. Just waiting for the inspection now and can’t wait to start it up. Highly recommended
