I first contacted Jack on the 1st June and arranged a meeting to discuss our requirements, punctual professional and he knew his subject matter. I was very impressed by his ability to explain the benefits of installing the system we needed to a non speaking solar professional. HIs team were so very efficient in the execution of installing all the batteries and panels along with the new invertor. After day one of operations the system has basically removed our power bill and more, if you are looking for a very professional team look no further it has been very easy and a pleasure to deal with Jack and his team. The inverter of Our existing solar system failed. As it was an old system with relatively low output, we decided to upgrade with a new battery system. JPower was one of the companies we approached. They were the best to deal with on a personal level. After reviewing utility bills to determine our usage and taking account of visitor profiles(high usage over short periods) Jack came up with a proposal with inverter, panel and battery capacities. Being novices at this stuff, and having been warned by others against low standard hardware, we ran the proposals we received through ChatGPT. The comparison concluded that JPower's proposal offered the best match to our situation together with reputable hardware brands. They also offered a very short lead time. Jack made a site visit to check installation locations. The install team were very friendly and efficient and got us up and running in one day, including removal and disposal of the old system. Many thanks to Jack, Brandon, Stevo and the others for making, for us, a quite stressful time a lot easier. I would highly recommend JPower Energy to anyone considering a new solar installation in the Cairns, Port Douglas areas.

I was very impressed with the service from JPower. From my first dealings for a quote for solar even though I had to get 1 with battery and 1 without. The boys who did the install were polite and got on with the job very quickly. Then the follow up after commissioning was great I will recommend J Power to others. Happy days.

I am very happy with the cost, service and workmanship provided by JPower Energy. After finding them using a reputable comparison site, not only did Jack supply a quote almost immediately, but also contacted me and arranged a site visit at my convenience out of working hours to ensure it was the best system for my needs. He listened to my thoughts and was able to offer a great solar and battery solution within the constraints of my location. JPower were able to get the installation done very quickly after I accepted their quote. The GoodWe system that JPower Energy installed for us in April has been working a treat. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the job and the tidiness of the site when I got home. I have had roofers leave metal rubbish in gutters before but these guys cleaned up really thoroughly. The backup function has already seamlessly kicked in while we were away and there was a network outage. No flashing clocks at all. Both Jack and Luke have been excellent to deal with. Even with extreme demands on their time they were able to co-ordinate the job and keep me in the loop. They are also easy to contact with the inevitable questions that arise as you get to know the system better. PS - the 24KWh battery and 9.99kw inverter have reduced our network draw to zero since installation, even with overcast days, and I am confident that this will be the case most of the year.
