Innovate Energy

I had a new Fox ESS battery system installed at my house paired with an existing solar system. Innovate Energy provided an excellent service from start to finish. Professional installation and attention to detail. Great job!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Innovate Energy. Kane was fantastic from the beginning — friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always happy to answer any questions. He made the whole process easy and straightforward. A big thank you also to the installers, Sam and Braiden, who did an outstanding job. They were punctual, professional, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. They explained everything along the way and left the place spotless. The whole team at Innovate Energy made the experience stress-free and easy. Great communication, great workmanship and great people. Highly recommend Kane, Sam, Braiden and the Innovate Energy team. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Working with innovate energy has been a very easy process. All of the staff including Kane, Eliza, Annie, Alex and Reece have been extremely friendly and helpful. The install of my solar and battery system has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the innovate energy team. Thanks for getting me powered up!

* 10 stars for Innovate Energy and Kane. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ * Kane was super helpful from the very first phone call. He talked me through the options for a battery and inverter to work with our existing solar panels. He then IMMEDIATELY sent me quotes and explained everything really well. He answered all my questions fully and was always happy to help. *The installers on the day (Alex and Reece) were also absolutely fabulous, they set it all up, explained the system and the app. * Innovate Energy is recommended by SolarQuotes, which is high praise, and they are listed as an approved installer for the current NSW govt interest free loan offer. * Kane made it all stress-free, even for the technology challenged. * I 100% recommend Innovate Energy, Kane (the customer service superstar) and their fabulous installers. * I am VERY happy with the price as well. Thanks for sorting out something that I have been procrastinating about for 5 years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S. It's already making a huge difference and we are about 99% energy self-sufficient this week - in Winter. Wow!

Highly recommend Innovate Energy for your solar needs. Kane was great to deal with and knowledgeable about his products. He explained what system would best suit our needs for our home. Installation was smooth and the guys onsite were very professional, polite and left our property like they had never been there. 5 star service

Innovate Energy were an excellent choice for my solar/battery installation. Kane took me through my options and was friendly and supportive through the whole process, providing a good price for an 8.5kW system including a Powerwall 3. The local team was brilliant with Alex talking through the issues on this property including the steep roof. Alex, Reece and Eddie worked tirelessly to complete the job in 2 days. I am also pleased to have access to follow up assistance which will be helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had our solar panels installed by Innovate Energy. The process was seamless from the quoting stage with Kane to the installation by Alex and his team. Innovate Energy were accommodating with the installation date. On the day of installation Alex and the team were professional, polite and tidy. Kane checked in the next day to make sure all went well. Overall a very positive experience.
