Fraser Coast Energy

We couldn’t be happier with our new battery system and the service from Tom and Steve at Fraser Coast Energy. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, arrived when promised and completed the installation to an exceptionally high standard. It’s great to support a genuinely local business that takes pride in its work and looks after its customers. We highly recommend Tom, Steve and the Fraser Coast Energy team!

We highly recommend Fraser Coast Energy for solar solutions. They gave us a premium system at a very competitive price. They completed the job promptly and left the site immaculate. We haven't bought any power from the grid since the system was switched on. We couldn't be happier.

We had a fantastic experience with Fraser Coast Energy. Tom and Steve were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. The installation was completed neatly and efficiently, and they took the time to explain how everything worked. We look forward to seeing the savings from our new solar and battery system. Highly recommend this great local business!

Fraser Coast Energy was fantastic to deal with while we were deciding on an appropriate solar battery system to compliment our existing solar panels. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and responded quickly to all of my queries. I was amazed that their hours of operation are 12hrs per day, 7 days per week; much better than some local competitors. We were thrilled to have our system installed two days after paying the deposit. The team doing the installation were thorough and ensured everything was working perfectly before they left. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. We are already seeing benefits from the battery despite it being winter. I would definitely recommend Fraser Coast Energy.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Tom, Sophie and their team are the type of local business that leave you with a warm, fuzzy feeling. A pleasure to deal with from first enquiry to completed install. Complete professionals. We are so happy with our Goodwe battery / solar system. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend Fraser Coast Energy for all your solar needs. They inspected my site and gave me professional advice; they provided a good choice of solar products to suit my budget. Their pricing was very competitive. The owners Steve and Tom installed my new battery and solar panels as scheduled; all work was completed to a very high standard. Great business to deal with on the Fraser Coast.

I recently had a battery installed for my existing solar system by Fraser Coast Energy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom, Steve and Koby completed the entire installation in just one morning, which was impressively fast and efficient. They were reliable, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail they patched up the pre-existing holes in the wall from the old converter, leaving everything looking clean and tidy. The final setup looks schmick. Tom also took the time to sit down with me and walk me through the app, including how to troubleshoot and what to do during a grid outage. That level of customer service made a big difference. Highly recommend Fraser Coast Energy if you’re looking for a smooth, professional solar battery installation.
