I recently had solar and battey installed by Ballarat Solar, including a Sigenergy battery system, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team did an amazing job from start to finish. The installation was clean, professional, and completed with real attention to detail. The system they set me up with works beautifully, and the app they installed makes everything simple and easy to monitor. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of their work and the performance of the system. Would definitely not deal with this mob. Could not even get a reasonable response with my request for a quote on inverter and batteries. Took repeated phone calls and weeks and weeks for any response, it was like pulling teeth. And even after all that, didn’t even get a quote for what I requested. I’m guessing it was because it was a small job, but small jobs lead to bigger jobs, as I’m undertaking a new build this year, which would involve a full off grid system. They won’t be getting the chance to quote for that. And word of mouth can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Guess which will apply to them.

I’ve been waiting for 5 months to hear back for a quote only to find out they entered my details wrong and now that I finally got a quote they have stopped replying to my emails. I recommend going somewhere else like I have that wants your money.

Always available for support over the phone. Quick to respond in person if it was needed. Excellent customer service. Haven’t made me feel stupid with my lack of knowledge and silly questions. Have come out to my block many times ( and I don’t live close to Ballarat) to help me out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
