Several reviewers highlight the knowledge of Alex and Scott, noting that explanations of solar and battery options were clear and that questions were answered before and after installation. The team is frequently praised for arriving when promised, with customers mentioning prompt service and a neat, tidy installation. Pricing comes up as competitive, and one recurring theme is that the company tailors systems to individual power usage and budget rather than pushing a standard package.

Several accounts note follow-up support, including after-sales checks, and the ease of adding panels and a battery to an existing setup. Air conditioning work and general electrical needs also feature among the jobs described. Customers note the difference in their bills and the performance of the installed equipment as tangible outcomes, and the name Alex appears in several accounts as a central point of contact throughout the process.
