Punctuality and a meticulous finish are the themes that surface most often in feedback on Trent Parker Electrical Services. A handful of customers describe Trent and his apprentice arriving when they said they would and working around busy household schedules without fuss, whether the job was a long list of electrical repairs or a renovation involving new downlights, switches and powerpoints. Reviewers often mention the standard of the work itself, calling it flawless and of very high quality, along with the crew's habit of clearing away mess before leaving.

Clear communication runs through the accounts as well: clients note quick responses, helpful advice from the first conversation through to completion, and extra tasks sorted on the spot while the team was already on site.
