Tasmania Safer Solar

While we're confident that the actual product Tasmanian Safer Solar has installed for us is good quality we've been extremely disappointed with the communication and over-promises from this company. Their rep Jeremy came to our house and waxed lyrical about our north facing roof. He gave us the predicted performance for a system with 10 panels on that roof plus 8 on the eastern roof. Sounded good. Another company we got a quote from proposed 11 panels on the north facing roof. After the installation we came home to find only 4 panels on our 'ideal' north facing roof, 8 on the eastern roof and 6 on the western roof. Our questions about why the configuration of our solar panels is radically different to what we were promised have gone unanswered for so long (in fact, as soon as they had our money, we basically never heard from them again) that we no longer expect any response. Either the rep got it really wrong with his prediction of what our roof could handle or the installation team took the path of least resistance. I suppose I wouldn't want to have to explain it either. Still, we estimate that the system they installed will probably provide about 80% of the power they said it would so it's not all bad.

The solar was installed promptly with no fuss. The guys were polite and communicative. Thank you!

Every one was very professional from start to Finnish of the process all my questions were answered in detail from first inquiry to completing of the solar install the installers went beyond my expectations from start to finish I would recommend Tasmania safer solar to any one they provide a great service and great quality solar systems. Safer Solar handled my solar installation very professionally. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage, and all documentation was clear and well organized. The installation was completed efficiently, and the team was helpful and responsive throughout. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Excellent advice and service. From the start there was no pushy sales talk, but clear explanation of the pros and cons. Put together a great package at a good price. Followed through in a timely fashion. Contractors were reliable. Just spot -on all round.

The whole interaction was quiet straight forward. The installation crew were fabulous. The only area needing to improve would be the administration area. I was promised return calls twice which didn't happen.

Tas Solar Safe in Cambridge have installed our solar system now and the service continues they are the most professional business that we have had the pleasure of working with from start to Finnish the sales manager Jeremy sold it to us by showing us the facts. We were only looking for a quote but decided there and then with the confidence Jeremy gave us to get a system as soon as possible and he made that happen the very next day. The company installed on time as promised informed us every step of the way and it is now a week later and we love what Tas Safe Solar have provided and backed up everything that was said it was done. The Team were a fantastic bunch of Tradies who are talented individuals they bent over backwards for us. Thank you all for the system you have created for our needs. Anyone thinking about Solar don’t see anyone else this company backed up every word. Eveything was done by Tas solar all we had to do was open the front door the day it was installed there were a few problems on the day before I could ask what the issue was the guys found a solution and finished the installation on the day cleaned up absolutely amazing job. Absolutely amazing workers a great team on the day. The after sales follow ups continue no stone left unturned. We are so thankful that we trusted Jeremy for his expert guidance and advice boy did he deliver. The company did everything he said they would do. So nice to deal with a business that genuinely cares about customers in every possible way. The system is faultless and I think doing more than I expected thanks everyone at Tas Solar you are the best.
