Have used for a couple of years now.Boys are very friendly they wear soft sole shoes a must for walking on a roof and dont use the ridge caps to access the solar panels another plus. Always on time and sometimes even earlier depends on their jobs for the day I dont think you woyld be disappointed if you used Solar Shine to clean your solar panels
