I couldn't be happier with the system and service from KDEC. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but it's obvious why. From the very first consultation they demonstrated a deep understanding of solar design and took the time to design a system that suited my home and energy usage rather than just selling me a standard package. The installation was professional, communication was excellent throughout, and the workmanship was first class. Even after installation they've continued to provide outstanding support, answering questions promptly and even rolling out firmware updates when required. Now that I've had time to monitor the system through both perfect sunny days and several consecutive rainy winter days, I'm even more impressed with how well the system has been designed and how it performs in real-world conditions. If you're looking for a company that values quality, expertise and customer service over simply being the cheapest, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KDEC.
