Hot Water Maintenance

Hot Water Maintenance is a locally owned and operated business with over 50 years of experience in the hot water industry. The team includes licensed and insured plumbers, electricians and refrigeration technicians. Hot Water Maintenance is an accredited warranty agent for most modern hot water system brands and uses genuine parts for servicing and repairs.

The business services Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Laurieton, Kempsey, South West Rocks and Crescent Head. It offers installation, repairs and servicing of gas, solar and electric hot water systems, heat pumps and more. Hot Water Maintenance sells hot water systems from brands such as Rheem, Vulcan and Dux.

Solar hot water and electric hot water replacement work sits at the centre of this Port Macquarie operation, and the accounts gathered from customers highlight response times above all. Reviews time and again mention morning calls that led to a new unit being installed the same day, an emergency attendance within twenty minutes and a breakdown sorted inside a few hours. Rhett is named often, both for arriving when promised and for explaining the available systems, weighing up their strengths and weaknesses before any commitment is made. Trae also features in descriptions of quoting and technical guidance.

Several customers describe written quotes supplied promptly, costs kept within the agreed figure and pricing regarded as reasonable, including the call out charge. The work described takes in new solar hot water systems, electric unit swaps, a 315 litre Rheem Stellar tank paired with a pump and a Catchpower diverter, and the removal of ageing solar roof panels and an old boiler. Punctuality, tidiness, clear communication throughout and the easy going manner of the installers come up time and again, right down to minor repairs completed on the spot without extra charge.
