He patiently and professionally answered all our many questions and ensured the quoted system met our needs. We are yet to have the system installed but are happy to provide further feedback once this has occurred

We recently had solar & batteries system installed by Halcol Energy. The team arrived on time, worked very well together. The installation only took about 4 hours for the whole system. We are very happy with our system so far and would recommend Halcol Energy to anyone wanting to reduce their energy costs.

The Halcol team just installed a house battery and new inverter today. Very clean and fast install. Spent time answering questions and taking us through the app and best ways to get the best return from the battery. Very happy, highly recommend.

Great service and system. Sales guy came and really explained the best way to add a battery to our system, then tech guy came to explain it even more after we placed the order. Instal went well with a few teething problems because of how I wanted the battery to work in relation to control load. I would recommend these guys.

We had an outstanding experience with Halcol Energy installing our 13.2kW solar system and 40kW battery. Nathan was fantastic—he asked all the right questions and designed an optimal system tailored to reduce our high electricity bills and give us reliable backup power (which is especially valuable on Bribie Island). Danielle provided great customer service, making sure everything was running perfectly after installation by remote monitoring the system with support from Goodwe. Sam, Darcy and the team did a great job with the install, thoughtfully positioning the battery in the garage so it didn’t interfere with our car doors. They also patched up all the holes from the previous inverter. The colour-coded barriers were also a nice finishing touch and showed real attention to detail. We got three different quotes and glad we went with Halcol as they offered the best value in terms of quality products and workmanship. The results speak for themselves—our electricity bill has dropped from over $300/month to around $25/month. We now have enough solar to power the house during the day, with battery backup for overnight and cloudy days. They also made sure we secured the maximum solar rebate before the deadline changed, which was a big bonus, huge thanks to the owner Gary 😊. Highly recommend Halcol Energy as they went above and beyond to ensure a happy customer experience—will definitely use them again for anything solar-related!
