Additional services include lighting design and installations, home automation, testing and fault finding, smoke alarm installation and testing, and hot water repairs. Grimwood Electrical services the Shoalhaven area and states it is part of the Shoalhaven community. A customer review names Chad as the person who did the electrical work.

Households, community childcare centres and clients needing data cabling have all engaged this Nowra electrician, and the feedback is consistently warm. Chad is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing him as prompt, professional and knowledgeable, and several note that he rearranged his schedule to attend at short notice. Punctuality comes up often, as does the care taken inside customers' homes, including removing his boots and protecting surfaces. Work is described as completed efficiently and to a high standard, whether the task is domestic electrical repairs, smoke alarm installation, data cabling or broader energy equipment and solutions.

Tidiness after the job is mentioned, along with clear communication and a willingness to explain the most suitable placement or approach for a device. Several reviewers describe him as exceeding what was expected, and one long-standing client who had relied on another tradesperson for more than two decades said the switch was worthwhile. Payment options and timely responses are also noted. Repeat business features strongly, with customers returning for further jobs and passing his details to friends, family and colleagues.
