Greencell Energy solar panels and batteries installer Townsville

Greencell Energy has operated as a solar panels and batteries installer since 2015. The business is a NETCC Approved Seller and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on installations. It serves Cairns and Townsville and is 100% locally owned and operated. Greencell Energy undertakes residential and commercial solar installations, with packages ranging from 6.6kW residential installations up to 100kW large scale commercial projects. All solar installations are performed by CEC accredited solar installers, and team members are fully trained.

Solar panel installation, battery storage and system servicing form the core of the work described by customers of Greencell Energy. Named team members Jas and Harish attract particular mention for their professionalism and the ease of dealing with them, while the wider crew is described as efficient, helpful and friendly. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the speed of the job, with installations finished quickly and, in one account, set up within a single day. Accounts cover hybrid inverter fitting and roughly 6.6 kilowatts of panels, with one customer reporting that the whole job ran smoothly and now delivers continuous power through regular six-hour outages.

A theme running through the feedback is the strength of after-install support, where advice and assistance continued well beyond the initial work, including prompt guidance on restoring a wifi connection following a modem replacement. Customers describe fair pricing that compared well against other quotes, clear communication, tidiness and patience when adjustments were needed. The ability to reach the same people for ongoing help reinforces the impression of dependable local service across solar and battery work, with hybrid storage installations standing out as the recurring project type.
