Could not remember how to reset the wifi connection after installation of a new modem, the Green cell team were very quick to help with the solution
They never arrived on schedule date and took over a week to get the job completed. We were told they would set up an app so we could track the solar system but that did not happen. Very disappointed in this company.
I recently added a new solar hybrid inverter, battery storage and 6.6kw of panels. The system was installed without fuss, and we are now able to have continuous power even with regular 6 hour outages. After a little teething, the system works perfectly.
