GHE Electrical and Solar has built its reputation in Albury on the variety of electrical work customers bring its way. Geoffrey, named often in feedback, is described as the first call for tasks spanning ceiling fan fitting, dimmer installation, additional powerpoints, exhaust fans, lighting repairs and full solar system installation, with one householder already planning a complete rewire. Punctuality comes up repeatedly, with reviewers noting that he arrives when promised and responds quickly, including to a solar hot water unit that had stopped working and was repaired without delay.

The standard of finish is another theme, with work called consistently high quality and professional, underpinned by a work ethic customers single out for praise. Fair, competitive pricing and good value are mentioned just as often as the fast turnaround on jobs. Several accounts highlight how straightforward the business is to deal with from first contact through to completion, with no task treated as too much trouble. Word of mouth clearly does the heavy lifting, since customers describe passing Geoffrey's name on for everything from routine electrical maintenance to solar and hot water work, and some have returned across many years and multiple projects.
