Yesterday (Sunday), we were located in a caravan park at Mildura Vic. We had been having trouble with our caravan battery not maintaining charge. As we strolled around the town, I noticed that the Battery World shop was open for business. I went inside and spoke to 'Zoomie' (his nickname), he said if I could identify the battery model he would drive to the park and replace it immediately. Within 30 miinutes of sending some photos of the caravan battery, Zoomie was replacing our battery with a new and upgraded battery at our caravan site. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. Thankyou Zoomie for your dedication to not only providing us with your professional and outstanding service but for also promting excellent service Battery World at Mildura provide to its customers and business reputation. For a Sunday morning, we weren’t desperate to get immediate assistance , but Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable & sorted my problem with a good quality battery. I am doing remote touring and it’s peace of mind knowing Lee provided the best. Thanks!

I cannot recommend Battery World Mildura highly enough. We had a cooked house battery in our motorhome whilst travelling. Zoomie answered our call and attended our vehicle on site to replace the battery which was dangerously overheating. His service went above and beyond. Great to see good people and old fashioned service still exists.
When to change my bus battery when they are about 5 minutes to close their shop. All staff were friendly and helpful to get my bus battery change in no time. Would recommend all car owners
