Alt-Tech Wagga Wagga

Amazing to work with, the team is so friendly! We had limited knowledge of what we needed to do to improve our existing system but everything was explained so well. they gave us drawings, prices, bundles and so much more that made the whole process so easy and coordinated. We also wanted to expand in the future but weren’t sure how. Now we have the ability to do that and the team were so happy to help us figure out what we might do later on! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants some direction or is building/expanding any systems.

Great customer service! The team is friendly, knowledgeable and will help you however they can. They helped us with our system and sized everything perfectly while keeping us informed and updated. 10/10 would recommend these guys for anything off-grid!

Great customer service! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Really appreciated the prompt communication and professional service throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend to anyone in Wagga looking for reliable tech and solar solutions — will definitely be back soon!

Really good, in depth advice and follow up via email. Felt they listened and responded with suggestions that suited my situation.

Worst customer service. Absolutely no knowledge about their products. Would not recommend

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly here! We went in with some ideas for our off-grid setup, these guys walked us through the entire setup, offered to draw it up, helped us with picking the correct gear, gauge wiring and more. They stock quality gear and equipment that they're happy and prepared to back, support and warrant, unlike some other providers!

Huge showroom full of everything off grid solar and batteries… and Victron :)
