From our initial consultation with Hunter through to the Solar with battery installation we were all done within one week! Can thoroughly recommend this company. All staff from Boss, installers & Colleen in administration were very friendly & professional.

I have recently had the team from Tropical Solar add to my solar network in my home (which they had installed). I consultation with James and Hunter, I added a battery to the house to help further reduce my need to be on grid and it has simply been one of the best things I have done. The battery has been wonderful in the summer months when the air conditioners are in heavy use, and when the power drops out during storms, then we have power to get through until the grid kicks back in. James and Hunter were quick, professional and their work is immaculate. They left a tidy area at the end, and have supplied me with back up assistance when I have had questions. Tropical Solar are by far the best solar company I have had do work for me and I recommend them whole heartedly. Energy in the home is now one less issue I have to worry about.

We were advised to get multiple quotes for a solar project we wanted to action. We got 5 in the end with Tropical Solar being the last. We're glad that we spoke with them because it was clear to us that they were very experienced & professional, had the right product & service features and were offering more for less than everyone else. We now have the system installed Panels, inverter & batteries and couldn't be more impressed with the results. Although a small thing, it spoke volumes to me that after the install, there wasn't one bit of rubbish left behind. The install team on the day, were fantastic to deal with, kept us fully informed throughout the day of everything and once completed, gave us a full rundown & explanation of the system, it's features, how to use it for best results & what to do if the system needed to be isolated for any reason. Lastly, they are local in Mackay and their door is always open or their phones always available if there was even any questions or concerns. Tropical Solar were the best choice in our minds by far.
