Trident Water

Had 2 lovely guys from Trident Water Bunbury come to my priperty to install a water filtration system coming off my water tank, both men were very lovely, professional and took there time to show us and explain how it works and when to change the UV and filters out. My water system install was top notch, very neat and tidy installation with care and pride taken to do a good job. Thanks guys you are the best and my plug outlet was placed in the middle of no where by the last electrician who hooked up my water pump, but the guys from Trident Water ran a new cable and put my plug outlet in a more safe and appropriate place, thank you for taking the time to move my plug outlet and fixing it in more securely than it was before. I am so happy with the quality of work you guys provided because it is hard to find good tradesmen now a day they are a dime a dozen but you guys really do take pride in producing a quality product and service, so thank you.

I purchased a hunter 6 station and a pump start. Having the controller showing an error at start time 1y 9m latter. I took it in to which they told me pump start relay problem. I Purchased a new pump start, and same issue. I took controller back and asked the person if they could test it as it got a 2 year warranty and it has been 1y 9m. He plugged it in and said see it works its probably the pump. ( I had been running pump for 3 weeks on a power cord). He said there was no way to test it other to plug it in ( tallish guy with beard ) and it seems nothing is wrong. Since a retic guy has been, and amazingly tested it and it was broken, he replaced and all is good and working. These people know nothing. It has now just passed the date on reciept. I got nothing and still have a second pump start relay. They just want your money. It no wander why they changed their name. I'll Never step foot in this shop again and never purchase a hunter again.

Trident Water Bunbury were so helpful with a pump problem. Helped fix the problem with our existing pump with friendly helpful service and saved us the cost of a new unit. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future services or purchases. Thank you, Rod & Terri

I recently brought a replacement carbon filter cartridge for my "Aqua-Pure" home water filter system from Think Water. The part number of the unit was shown to the two gents behind the counter (who were very helpful by also pricing up and giving some info for a "Sotfrol water softening system) & I was sold a "Puretec" cartridge for $81.73. After attempting to fit this cartridge I discovered that it didn't fit as it was approx 20mm too long. I went to return the cartridge (wrapped in glad wrap as original plastic cover was ripped & damaged and sitting in the bottom of my rubbish bin) to Think Water a couple days later with recipt in hand. I was served by a lady that was very quick to inform me that they wouldn't replace the cartridge without the plastic wrapper it came in. I was very disappointed with this, considering I had spent many thousands of dollars over the past 20yrs buying a couple of bore pumps, pool filter pumps, all of my reticulation and numerous other household products from here. Very disappointed "Think Water" I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
