Mel and his team at Solar City were first class and so far could not be happier. Installation occurred when said it would and Daniel and his installation team were just first rate, being absolute perfectionists and obviously took a pride in their work. They were interested in my input as to positioning of batteries etc and ensuring a very clean and good looking installation. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Solar City and their general oversight as to system functioning which is nice to have. Well done guys!

From the initial online request they responded within an hour, had a quote that day and spoke with Mel about what was possible and a plan was hatched very quickly. We had rain, floods and a cyclone during the planned install, trucks stuck with the gear onboard in floods, but in the end we got it done. The team on the ground led by Dan explained everything, and the results speak for themselves, my fully tweaked PV set up maxed out a 15.9KW peak, designed for 10 originally. 100% would recommend SolarCity NT, the workmanship on everything is evident. Thanks to all the team for making it happen, soon to be EV ready.
To Mel and Dan and all the lads at Solar City - thank you. We had a PV and Tesla system installed in February 2025 and we couldn’t be happier. We were quoted quickly and accurately by Mel and got exactly what we asked for. Dan and the boys did a seamless install, going above and beyond to address a few legacy electrical issues that were beyond the quote.
