I just had a door knocker by the name of Darren, who called me a Jackarse after i said i was not interested. I tried calling your company many time zero response. I have it all on video, before you try and discredit me.

The entire process was very well managed and efficient. At first, I assumed it was one of those "sales cold calls” for something I already had. But although it was about solar it was very well worth the listen and in the end the money. Olicia from Smart Energy was fantastic, well organised and on the ball. The instal went smoothly and was organised quickly. I had the panels already but the investment in the battery tech makes it a complete system. The T&C’s are simply and upfront. No hidden catches and open transparent info at all times. I now watch my consumption app so I can see how much we are using, generating and storing at any point time!

Preston was very good and polite to me when he came here to promote benefits of using smart energy. He rang today to see how much my bill was and advised me that my normal bill if I keep doing what I am at the moment should be around $68 a quarter which is fantastic. I will have a better idea when my next bill comes as I was in credit before this one. Preston explained a lot of things I was unsure about so I am very happy with him and his advice

Our solar panels were installed quickly and efficiently. After operating for a day we felt the inverter was overheating and was making a loud noise. After a few phone calls we were assured all was fine. We are pleased with the decrease in our latest power bill as we are selling quite a bit back to our energy company.

All sales personnel and technical staff were very professional and made it very easy to understand how the system works. They arrange the date and time for the installation and they were there on time. They kept me informed through out the process. My solar sales person was Nathalie Lee and I wish to say to him, thankyou.

We highly recommend Smart Energy and their representatives Coby and Preston. We have had our solar panels for several years but without the solar battery option. Coby, a representative from Smart Energy, came to our house to see if we would be interested in having a solar battery fitted to our system. He sold us on the advantages etc of a battery installation and arranged for Preston Beveridge, a Solar Specialist from Smart Energy, to come around to explain the details. We were very impressed with Preston. Using our previous electricity accounts, he was able to suggest the best battery arrangement for our system and the advantages it would provide for us. One big advantage is that we don’t lose power during a failure of the grid system which has been the case in the past. It gives us more independence and adds more value to our existing solar panels. It has now been installed for several days and we are already very impressed. Preston has contacted us several times to make sure all is going according to plan.

I had a great experience dealing with them. The sales rep Preston was super helpful and knowledgeable when helping me. He helped me out through the entire process plus the installation was quick and stress-free. Go solar!!
