Shepp City Carpet Cleaning

Shepp City Carpet Cleaning is a family-run business based in Shepparton. Will leads the team and has six years' experience across carpet, tile, upholstery and exterior cleaning. He began his career as a roof plumber before moving into the trade. The business is a registered NDIS-approved provider. The team carries full public liability insurance, and every technician is police-checked.

The team holds current Working with Children checks. The business serves Kialla, Mooroopna and the wider Shepparton area. It uses a commercial truck-mount machine. When booking, customers speak directly with the owners. Services include rug, carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, window, solar panel, chimney and gutter cleaning.

Shepp City Carpet Cleaning earns consistent praise for its upholstery and carpet work, with reviewers noting that lounge suites and carpets come up looking like new once the job is finished. A number of customers describe the results in terms of restoration rather than simple cleaning, and the same theme of transformation recurs across the feedback. Will, named in multiple accounts, is singled out for excellent customer service, a friendly manner and pride taken in the work.

Punctuality appears repeatedly, with one reviewer noting he arrived on time, while others emphasise how easy he was to communicate with before and during the visit. Fair pricing also comes up often, described as very reasonable for the standard of work delivered. Customers mention that the service is quick and that the team is approachable from the first contact.

The business also lists gutter cleaning, window cleaning, roof work and solar panel maintenance among its services, alongside chimney sweeping, and the strongest, most repeated praise centres on carpet and upholstery results. A recurring point is the combination of a thorough clean with straightforward, pleasant dealings throughout the appointment, and reviewers frequently note they would call on the service again for similar work around the home.
