RAD NRG - Solar & Battery Solutions

RAD NRG - Solar & Battery Solutions is a solar panel installation business based in Gladstone, serving Central Queensland. The company is 100% Australian family owned and was founded by Ryan Allan Dearaugo, who is Founder and Director. Its legal entity is RAD NRG PTY LTD. It installs premium solar PV and battery storage systems for homes and businesses, using only premium components with high quality workmanship.

RAD NRG provides full support with rebates, network approvals, and grid connection. Prior to founding the company, Ryan worked as an apprentice electrician installing residential and commercial rooftop solar systems in the Brisbane region, later took an electrical supervisor role leading solar and battery installation teams, and managed day to day operations and maintenance of large scale solar farms.

Around Gladstone, the accounts gathered for RAD NRG - Solar & Battery Solutions revolve mainly around solar and battery work, with Ryan named in nearly every one. His expertise and the way he shapes a system around a household's needs, rather than a standard package, are themes that recur. Customers in several reviews describe how he set out the options between inverter and battery brands, weighing up the merits and drawbacks of each, and how patiently he fielded questions during and after the job. Punctual arrivals and an organised, professional approach from start to finish come up repeatedly, alongside workmanship described as faultless.

Battery projects feature prominently, among them a 15kWh unit at a holiday home and a 10kW battery system integrated with existing panels and power circuits. A power box replacement combined with a solar installation is also noted, as is a Sig Energy setup. Tidiness, fair pricing within a stated timeframe and responsiveness to post-installation queries are mentioned again and again. Customers describe being guided through the whole process with openness and a commitment to completing the system properly, reflecting Ryan's friendly and knowledgeable manner.
