Kratos Energy arranged my Solar Battery sale and instalatio all was a very smooth operation and I was kept informed all the way, the Installer Logan from LJ Electrical arrived at the designated time and did an excellent Job in installing the Battery, I was informed throughout the process what was being done and on completion was assisted in installing the App for monitoring the system.

I’d like to thank Nessar and my neighbour Hasan for doing a wonderful job on installing solar panels on my house by his guys from GYO ENERGY, Wei and his boys worked so hard as my house is double story so it was quite challenging getting the panels installed they spent all day ensuring the job was done correctly, I am so happy with their service thank you very much KRATOS ENERGY and Wei, a special thanks also to my neighbour Hasan and Nasser for giving me the best deal

I'm updating my review because of the reply from Kratos 😄 As part of a strata corp we entered into a contract with Kratos, I've left 1 star because I'm not happy with the outcome (or lack of outcome)

I am more than happy to recommend this company. communication throughout the process was clear and fast. It has been appreciated. Also Wei and the installers were great. He kept me informed and they left the house tidy and took all rubbish. Was very happy with them. Mike my salesperson was a thorough and knowledgeable salesperson who helped me understand what was needed. He also listened to my questions and thoughts as well. Great salesperson. Genuine. I have installed 10.13 system and am supper happy with the product (Sun grow invertor and Trina panel) and price. Mr Nessar, who is the CEO of the Kratos Energy, is very dependable and a man of word. He provided me sufficient information and a very competitive quotation and installed the system within a week. The electrician who installed the system were highly efficient and took care of the roof tiles which I was bit worried before. I would strongly recommend others to contact Kratos Energy if they need solar installation.
