Quality of the installation is great, explained the whole set up to me and what all the components did. Electricians followed after he finished the plumbing component, and whilst I didn't catch their names, job was just as neet and well completed. Whole team that I've dealt with from quote to install have been great. Very pleased with service and product. Even had a follow up call this afternoon to ensure my water was heating. Thanks guys!
Jade, Neve and Will did a fantastic job. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They responded to queries quickly so we felt supported. We love our our new heat pumps and heat pump hot water! All working brilliantly. Highly recommend

Would highly recommend Matthew and the team at EGS based on our recent experience having them replace our heat pump. We recently had EGS replace our old gas ducted heating with a new electric ducted system and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole team was friendly, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They turned up when they said they would, did a quality installation, kept everything tidy and took the time to explain how the new system works. It’s s noticeably more comfortable, and the new system is much quieter and more efficient than our old gas one. It’s great to deal with a local Tassie business that takes pride in its work. Happily recommended!
