Great price, punctual and very professional and very honest with their advice. They provided before and after photos of all the work performed. They cleaned up afterwards and left the premises tidy. James did an excellent job of cleaning my solar panels. He took before & after shots of my panels to show me. He also shut and latched the gate as he came and went, which was greatly appreciated as I live on a busy road and have dogs. The dogs weren't in the yard but I still appreciated the care.
EcoKleen are an excellent company to work with. A very professional, friendly and experienced technician cleaned the gutters and skylight at my home. The work was done quickly, and quietly and EcoKleen provided me with before and after photos. It was easy to get a quote and book in a date for the work to be done. I will certainly use them again.
Yesterday (30 June) I had EcoKleenSolar clean and check our solar system for the second year in a row. James arrived promptly, did a terrific job and was finished within a very reasonable time. He was considerate in every way and ensured he parked outside our house with enough room for our neighbours to drive by in our narrow street. EcoKleen provided a comprehensive report on the health of the system and, on top of that, the invoice was very reasonable! I will have them back again next year.
All staff were very helpful from the initial quote to completing the job. Gutters and solar panels were cleaned leaving no mess anywhere on the property. We were updated and reminded regularly of the appointment and arrived on time to start the job. We also received a report with before and after photos and test results of the Solar system with the invoice. I highly recommend Ecokleen Solar Newcastle for having your gutters and solar panels cleaned.
Easy to work with, turned up on time, cleaned the gutters on house and sheds, great result. Cleaned solar panel, fantastic result, increase in power generation. Quick, no fuss, good people to deal with. Will set up regular servicing, and a competitive price. Overall 5 stars
Great easy booking & customer service by Alex, David was very informative & explained what was involved did a great job cleaning my Solar Panels, as well as inspecting my inverter & batteries took photos as well which was satisfying to see results + I received a full 10 page report. Would definitely recommend EcoKleen.
