Not that the first contractor was so bad. It's just the superior experience, quality and performance of build, and follow up service provided by Nick and the crew at Eco Sparks has been second to none. Highly professional team. Would absolutely recommend.
Genuinely a great experience having the Eco Sparks team to install a solar system on my home. Nick and the team were responsive and professional. Yet to be tested (and likely won't be) but I have confidence if we have any issues help will just be a phone call away.
The whole process was easy, quick and professional. We were kept well informed of what was happening, everyone arrived as planned and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Very positive experience and very happy with our new system.
Eco sparks was great to work with. They made it easy to get a solar battery. The team was nice and did a good job. The battery works well and saves me money. I feel safe knowing I have power if the lights go out. I recommend them to anyone!
I found the staff at ECO Sparks to be very professional in all their dealings. From going back and forth with Lloyd close to 6 months on a best possible solution to Anthony and the team completing a professional installation. All questions were answered, and the new system was explained thoroughly. Thanks to all and would recommend your services.
Shoutout to Manoli, Lloyd, Anthony and the boys for a great job for the Solar and Battery installation. Eco Spark is very responsive from the time I made an enquiry and very accommodating when I want to have a different Solar Panel brand + Battery model. We have a 15.2kW PV plus a 25kwh battery installed and it's more than enough to satisfy our needs and whole home back up (not including electric stove/oven). In terms of cost, the NT government Home and Business Battery Scheme helped a lot in reducing the battery cost.
I found the staff to be proactive in helping me choose the right system for my needs, professional and not pushy regarding sales. On the day of install they turned up on time and got to work right away. The install team worked all day to install 20 panels, battery and inverter and had no issues at all. Highly recommended. Price was reasonable in comparison to others.
