Autobarn Port Macquarie

Great service. Great advice. Go see them if you need auto anything.

Always great service from this store and to the idiot that left a one star review because he bought a battery else where and Autobarn would not fit it for him. Seriously??

Fantastic store . Huge range of auto products at great prices

Great customer service and knowledge. Had 2 jobs done on my car and both done well in great time. Thanks

So I had brand new spotlights on my Ute and took the Ute in to install a fridge, battery and draws. After the work was complete the spotlights stopped working, took it back again they fixed one spotlight. Took it back again, didn’t fix the spotlight and told me it just needed some contact cleaner then walked off. Tried the contact cleaner, light still doesn’t work. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money on this dodgy company go to someone that knows what they are doing. The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff working at the main desk.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Jesse is an absolute superstar. He took the time to help me work through which electronic devices were best for updating my car, organised installation for me, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He also showed me exactly how to use the equipment after installation. I couldn’t recommend Jesse and the team highly enough ⭐️

We have nothing but praise for all the staff. Nothing was a issue or a problem. They did not rush. We got seat covers and Dash cam fitted and they were more than helpful. It was great to get good old fashion customer service with a good price tag. We will keep coming back
