Autobarn Dubbo

Knowledgeable and helpful staff define the experience at this Dubbo auto parts and battery store, according to feedback. Reviewers repeatedly single out team members who take time to answer questions, walk customers through their options and stay back after closing to finish a job, with Leslie, Chris, Faisal, Dave, Hayden, James, Darren, Jake, Vince and Neil named for their patience and friendly manner.

Fitting work features prominently, from installing baby seats and tow hitches to replacing headlights, brake lights and a towball cover, and one person came in for a minor item but left with a complete car audio setup after a staff member shared their expertise. The breadth of spares, accessories and audio gear is described as substantial and well stocked, while troubleshooting comes up again and again, including tracking down a stereo fault in a motorhome and drilling extra mounting points for a tow hitch.

Customers characterise the service as quick, professional and sincere, with a cheerful attitude noted even during the hectic period just before Christmas. Staff are said to go out of their way to source parts that were not on the shelf, and the business is regarded as a trusted place for keeping a vehicle in reliable condition.
